Treatments, Procedures and Protocols This program is designed to provide the physicians a comprehensive overview of the Medical Aesthetics "Concept of Vision" as first proposed and implemented at Scott and White Hospital in 1990 through the Division of Plastic Surgery. The conference offers the physicians a more direct approach to understanding the concepts behind their entering a fast growing specialty of non-invasive facial aesthetics which addresses the qualms of appearance with or without cosmetic surgery. The non-surgical market for facial aesthetics is worth over 2 billion/year. Facial Plastic Surgeons / Family Practice/ Internal Medicine doctors will obtain the theory and clinical practical's needed to create a competive Aesthetic Medicine adjunctive program within their practice. Physicians will obtain updated emerging technology for options in dealing with the aging population. This program offers nurses ( LPN, RN, NP ) a concrete format to begin their journey into Medical Aesthetics Practice in partnerships with the physician.
